Supportive supervision is the process of mentoring staff to improve their own work performance continuously. It has been implemented widely across a variety of health areas, but often lacks structure, and continuity from prior visits. CHISU has developed the “Digital Approaches to Supportive Supervision: Guidance Framework” for health actors, to help discuss digital interventions that can strengthen related systems and make them more data-driven.
