Serbia continues to strategically plan the country’s journey toward digitization in health care. CHISU supported the organization of two workshops to help the country achieve that digitization. The first workshop was held in November 2023, and about 20 representatives from the Prime Minister’s office, the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Ministry of Health, NALED, and the Office for Information Technology and eGovernment joined CHISU, the United Nations Development Programme, and World Health Organization experts to discuss the next steps. A follow-up workshop was held in December 2023 to draft the country’s 2024–2025 health care digitization action plan.
