In 2023, CHISU supported workshops for COVID-19 vaccination data backlog cleaning in the Po and Manga health districts of Burkina Faso. The objective was to enter all the unrecorded vaccination data from these districts into the MS-Surveillance platform and validate the data with various stakeholders. During the workshops, staff were able to check the MS-Surveillance platform update after the transition to a new version. More than 44,000 people were registered on the platform, making it possible to achieve a 100 percent completeness rate compared to the records available before the workshop.
